1962 Missal calendar 1940 The Traditional Latin Mass
The pre-Lent season of Septuagesima begins on Sunday 21 January. Easter falls on Sunday 24 March and Pentecost on Sunday 12 May. There are 56 Sundays after Pentecost, and the 10 Sundays after Epiphany left over in January are kept in November. Advent begins on Sunday 1 December.
